  • Ladybird Relationship Center offers a range of therapy sessions designed to meet your needs—whether you're looking for individual therapy, couples sessions, teen counseling sessions or family therapy, Ladybird Relationship Center can accommodate your therapy needs. We also offer specialized services such as Discernment Counseling Sessions for couples on the brink of separating or needing clarity and confidence to move forward and make a decision to stay together or divorce. EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) sessions are also available for first responders, veterans, or anyone who has experienced a traumatic event or suffers from long term and complex trauma.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or click the book now button on the top right corner of this page—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way. Free 15 to 20 minute phone consultations are available if you would like to talk to your therapist before booking your first session.

  • Ladybird Relationship Center offers 50 minute individual sessions for $175, 50 minute couples or family sessions for $195, and specialized sessions such as EMDR and Discernment Counselings for couples on the brink for $225 - $250 per session. We offer sliding scale sessions at times based on financial needs.

  • We do not take insurance. We can provide you with an invoice you can submit to your insurance company to take advantage of your insurance benefits based on your policy.

  • Ladybird Relationship Center offers telehealth sessions across the state of Texas and in person sessions in Austin, Texas.

  • Ladybird Relationship Center offers evening appointments Monday thru Thursday each week until 7pm. We are not currently taking weekend appointments.

  • Our Austin office is centrally located at 3301 Northland Dr., Austin, TX 78731 near Balcones and Northland Drive on the west side of Mopac. Parking is free and easy to access.
